WARRANTY

We pride ourselves on the highest quality craftsmanship, luxury product at SHWAH.

SHWAH Jewelry provides a warranty on all Jewelry pieces that they are 18karat gold and diamonds. This warranty covers manufacturers defects in material within six months and customer paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage, or abuse.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS:

SHWAH Warranty does NOT cover the following items:

Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs.  If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.) However, we do offer all kind of repairs with an amount determined after inspecting the piece.

For clarification:

Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.  All diamond weights are approximate.  All pictures on the website may be enlarged to show fine detail also it may differ from the actual color and size of the piece.  We reserve the right to limit quantities or opt out of sales transactions.

REPAIRS

Does my SHWAH jewelry have a warranty / guarantee?

SHWAH will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to one week of date of purchase for gold jewelry. . Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

What do I do if my Shwah jewelry is lost or stolen?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

My SHWAH jewelry is damaged. What should I do?

We politely ask you that faulty or damaged items are returned to a SHWAH  warehouse  to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement

Can my SHWAH be repaired?

This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

We offer a repairs service , charges must be paid before delivery.

In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.

Payments And Shipping

PURCHASING POLICY

By submitting payment information in connection with any such purchase, you agree to our Purchase Policies.

SHWAH reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, SHWAH has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SHWAH will issue a refund to your credit card account.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

While not all SHWAH merchandise is customizable, we are happy to work with you, to the extent possible, to accommodate your request for a custom order.  SHWAH reserves the right to refuse any request for customization. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please note, custom orders require 2-6 weeks for production and processing, and price may vary.

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

SHWAH accepts each of the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mada payment cards, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Direct Bank Transfer. Note, your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. SHWAH offers Cash on Delivery for some pieces, you can contact us to check the products that are available for cash payment. Cash on Delivery service just available for customers in Riyadh with an extra charge SAR100 .

SHIPPING AND HANDLING – DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Orders are processed from Sunday through Thursday. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day.

Domestic

SHWAH orders may take 2 days-6 weeks depending on the availability in stock.

After the merchandise is shipped by SHWAH, packages are received within 2-7 days.

For Domestic orders, SHWAH charges a flat rate fee of SAR60 for shipping.

International

After the merchandise is shipped by SHWAH, packages are received within 4-14 business days.

For international orders, SHWAH charges a flat rate fee of SAR200 for shipping.

RETURNS، EXCHANGES & CANCELATION

If you are not satisfied with your purchase , kindly email [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp +966 566200065 providing your Order Number and we will get back to you to accept your return. 

The  Merchandise can be refunded within one (1) day of purchase date . Any returns requested after one week will be offered a credit note of one year . Refunds will be processed within around ten (10) business days after Return Merchandise arrives to the SHWAH warehouse. We will refund your money via bank transfer under the initial customer account . The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

For a full refund if such Return Merchandise is:

  • Unworn and in its original condition, tags attached,
  • Accompanied by the original invoice and packing slip

Any specifically custom made Merchandise requested, cannot be replaced, refunded and exchanged.

If Return Merchandise is returned due to such Return Merchandise being damaged or defective upon receipt, or if wrong merchandise was shipped to you in error by SHWAH kindly contact our customer service within 3 days (After 3 days, SHWAH no longer accept claims).

ORDER DELIVERY

we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. If you are unable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender, and the merchandise will be treated as a Return Merchandise.

Orders are delivered daily excluding Weekend days and KSA public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays.
